AMICAL Consortium鈥檚 17th annual meeting and conference took place at the American University of Kuwait on January 15-18, 2020. The long-awaited day of the Diversity Week - Food Day passed yesterday, January 30th. This is a unique opportunity to try the national cuisines of different ethnicities in one place, starting with Uzbek pilaf and ending with Brazil delicacies.听
