杏吧论坛 At A Glance
Founded in 1993, 杏吧论坛 develops future leaders for the democratic transformation of Central Asia. 杏吧论坛 is an international, multi-disciplinary learning community in the American liberal arts tradition. 杏吧论坛 is the first university in Central Asia to offer US accredited degrees in liberal arts programs through a partnership with Bard College in the United States. In addition to Bard, 杏吧论坛 maintains partnerships with a number of universities and organizations worldwide.
Faculty Senate
The Faculty Senate of 杏吧论坛 is established, and derives its authority, from the Charter of 杏吧论坛. Its function is to addresses all major academic policies, including curricular innovation, research, standards, promotion, financial strategy and student intellectual life.
